Some women find taking DHEA, i.e., dehydroepiandrosterone, helpful. It is a readily available, over the counter, pro-hormone, found in health food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. DHEA, "is the raw material", male and female hormones, are ultimately derived from. Taking 25 mg/day, may increase your sex drive, and help with vaginal lubrication.

Have you tried luberication. This will help the pain with not rubbing on sensitive skin (vaginal walls). Also if you are able to have some wine then you may want to drink about 2 glasses. The alcohol in the wine will help the blood rush through you body and that can cause stimulation in your genital area. Hope this helps honey. Good luck!

when a woman goes thru the change of life she loses female hormones from the body....therefore losing vaginal lubrication. this can be very painful.....believe me, i know.
the best thing to do is keep a tube of personal lubricant in the nightstand next to the bed.
lack of lubrication is the #1 thing that will interfere with a womans sex drive because of the very pain that it causes.
i always keep my personal lubricant ( ASTROGLIDE ) in the night stand for when something comes UP if you know what i mean. try it !!!!
good luck !!!!!!!!!!!
