In the Tiucsan medical facility in Arizona, i sought treatment for a broken metarsal bone, which had been broken at least ten years, i was examined and asked for them to correct the break, what they told me was,"it had already healed, they did not want to operate, and wanted me to wear supportive inserts and other to support the foot, this i was not satisfied with,,,,,in time i went to nyc, and consulted the va hosp in Kingsbridge on Kingsbridge rd in the Bronx where i was told the same things by the head of Poditry depts, i was not satisfied, with their recommendations,,,, i sought help elsewhere a private podiatrist,, who recommended another podatrist as a result, surgery was preformed, successfully, and my foot is on the mend i am satisfied and greatful,
question now, can i sue the va adminstration or doctors who would not utilize surgical methods to bring desired results.
the va hosps have been great to me on prior occassions
