I think whatever we do, we do because we want to. If we didn't want too then we wouldn't do it.

It may feel great at the time but it always comes with a price depending on what it is you are actually choosing to do.Those that agree with you are lost with no conscience. That is sad.You were right in using the word H*LL to express your point because anyone that lived their life with such reckless abandon and lack on conscience and consequence is headed there.

I generally find that it is great to do good, because the good is reciprocal. Not only does it benefit other people, but it benefits the individual. While it is nice knowing that I have the free choice to do what I want, it is often times detrimental to act merely upon our impulses.

Consequences have their own way of inhibiting reckless abandon....unlimited freedom, therefore, is but an illusion.
If we fool ourselves, it can feel pretty good...then reality hits like a cement truck.

Lots of people do what they want.
Hardly anybody accepts the consequences of their actions.
There is no 'responsibility' word in US society.
I do what I want AND accept responsibility for the consequences. Do you?

I can't imagine that - my life is just too tied up with physical limitations.
