when my automatic updater pops up for window I hit update it acts like its going to update and then a box pops up that says" updates were unable to install" can someone tell me why

my grandma has been deceased now for over a year and my uncle which is the power of attorney has not yet settled the estate. i was left a third because my dad died five years ago and i was left his share because i was his only child. my grandma had a home that was worth over $550,000 at the time of her death but now that is has just sat there it is losing value which means we are losing money. what are my rights in this whole thing. my uncle has done nothing to settle the estate and i want to know how i can get the ball rolling because i am losing money in all this and he does'nt seem to care because he does'nt need the money like i do. he is financially well off and i struggle financially. please help.

Im 16 and have been with my boyfriend for 20 months now, but i feel like we've grown apart. I'm not sure how i feel about him anymore and am too scared to break up with him because i'm scared of being alone. I know that if we broke up he wouldn't want to be my friend, this is a shame as we're so close and i don't want to loose our friendship.
We have so many plans, we're meant to be going on holiday together and concerts but i know he won't want to go as my friend.
I just don't feel in love with him anymore, everythigns got too much of a routine, everythigns the same, nothing is new, no surprises or anything and i think i want someone new and fresh.I love him as a friend, that is for sure.
He loves me so much and i know that it will hurt him so much if i break up with him.
What do i do? Do i break up with him? Do i talk to him about things? What would i say? Do i try to make it work or do i try putting him off me so he dumps me?!
Please help!

moved in with him and checked his cell phone and found a text message from a woman that was not just friends, I also checked his phone log & he has talked to this woman a lot before I moved in with him and has continued even after I moved in. I confronted him about this person and he states she is just a co-worker who likes to play games on his phone. (yeah right) We had a big blow up about my trust issues.I don't trust him but I'm trying to... I'm not sure I should - Do I give up and move on?

My electricity supplier says I can pay extra and switch to Green Energy. How are they going to separate Green Energy from any other energy to supply me since it all comes down the same wires? How would I know what sort of energy I was getting. Sounds like a lot of BS to me.

My daughter went to emergency and was told that she broke her wrist. I took her to the orthopedic surgeon the next week when the swelling was going down to get a cast. He said it was a sprain, not a break. After that she begain brusing really bad and is still in a lot of pain. I wonder if I should get a third opinion.

I have been on diet for 3weeks today.... I am eating 3healthy meals a day.... weggies protein and very little carbs... not eating aftr 7pm..... i work out an hr a day sometimes more... 5 or 6 days a week.... Usually i workout in the morning.... Now the weird thing is when i started dieting. my weight was 176.. a week ago, i was down to 172.... but then yest i weighed myself, i am 175.. im rlly scared bcuz i dont find any progress on the scale... Is this normal? I do feel that i am lighter.. my cloths r a bit bigger.. and it shows on my face...........
I am 24yrs old, female....... wanting to lose 45pounds ....... plz helpp..... what should i do!

all the males in my dads side of the family are very phyically dominant at everything inlcuding myself im a mma fighter and sice the age of 16 have been strong me and my brothers were never intrested in exercise or competing once we starting hitting adult hood we changed and started filling out my brother is a dominant rugby player my dad is a pro power lifter my great grandad was a pro boxer i used to do bodybuliding but now do mma this must be genetic i seem to dominate my sport as does my dad and brother will mine and my brothers kids be just as dominant as us and are we genetically coded to compete ageinst others

since last night around 8pm i have had diareah and i got up twice in the middle of the night with it. now it is 9:30am and i still have it. i heard you can get this right before you go into labor its your bodys way of cleaning and preparing itself for birth. is this what this is or am i getting sick? i have no vomiting or anything though. i also am feeling palot of pressure like the baby is pushing down. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

A friend of mine (age:30) was set to get married on 7/7/07, and I was supposed to be a bridesmaid in the wedding. Two months ago, she called it all off and broke up with the guy(he was kind of a jerk). She immediately started dating a man who she works with who apparantly always really liked her but she never noticed. This past weekend, he proposed to her, she said yes, and now they are planning to get married 9/1/07. To me this is WAY too soon, considering she is coming off of a 5+ year relationship. Can I say anthing at all to her in a loving, constructive manner, or do I have to keep my mouth shut? I have real concerns about standing up and supporting this marriage in front of God and 200 people when I'm terrified for her.
