do not rely on a scale as a means of determining heath and fitness. get a measuring tape. take all your measurements and go off that. Because muscle weighs more than fat a scale is not an accurate way to determine loss of body fat. You can also get a "body fat" scale made by tanita. It measures, body fat, bone mass, water weight etc. With as much as you're working out, u will likely gain weight at first, but you will see the inches come off. Eventually as you tone up, u will see the lbs fall off as well. Trust me this is fact, I went from 155-120 and it happened to me. I've since went to school and become a nutritionist. Please remember when you work out, you will have a larger appetite, and that's OK too. Just keep it healthy for best results!

Don't worry; the weight will come off. You've just hit a plateau. I do encourage you to work some complex carbs into your diet a couple of times week. Also, are you counting calories? Although you are wise to eat three meals a day, do concentrate on portion control. Good luck.... think how great you'll look and feel this summer !!!!

It could be water weight but also if you were not working out before and have started doing this an hour at a time now it could be that you are adding muscle which could cause you to plateau. Continue doing what you are doing and you should start noticing it on the scales as well. Good Luck!! Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do!!

u r not eating sugar or junk food?? well, dont eat any of that. eat smaller portions less often. like eat every 3-4 hours but small.. u probably weighed 175 cuz u drank a lot of water.. that happens. weigh urself but not very often. like two times a week bcuz the scale doesnt show progress right away u just see it urself! good luck! =)

The only time you should weigh yourself is in the morning when you first wake up after you have used the bathroom. That is your true weight. If you weigh yourself during the day after you have drink and eaten things you are going to weigh more.
You may need to start doing another type of workout. A different aerobic or cardio workout. Your body may be used to your current one. Increase the intensity of your workout....push yourself more.

The fact that your clothes feel bigger should tell you something. Ditch the scale and get a measuring tape because the tape is more accurate.

Water weight fluctuates so our weight will fluctuate 3-5 pounds in any given week. No biggie. Keep doing what you are doing and you will meet your goal.
