Because my bunny's litter pan is in his cage,I am wondering should I place his litter pan somewhere else.

no just change the litter pan frequently. or when the urine smell gets to strong. otherwise yes it can be bad for them

Yes that is why they should always be kept in a cage and not in an aquarium. A cage allows enough ventilation that it shouldn't be a problem as long and you clean it regularly and beware of using bleach because it can interact with the ammonia.

The smell can cause problems if they are exposed to it too long. Make sure you clean the cage regularly and keep your bunnies in a well ventilated area.

If there is not proper ventilation for your pet and you dont change the bedding on a frequent basis it can kill your rabbit.

No it is not bad for them as long as you frequently clean it. Because if you dont they will be breathing all that in all the time.
