but is under contract until the end of april. they have now notified the council that they do not live there anymore and i have just received a council tax bill. As the owner do i have the right to re let it now or should i wait until the end of the official notice. i do not intend to sue for loss of rent.

I once found a picture of linkin park, in which there were lyrics from "easier to run". I can't remember what keywords i used for that search( i know it wasn't anything complex.. i guess i just used "linkin park").. but the thing is i can't seem to find it again. Does anybody know where i can find that picture?
As i said, the picture contains the members of lp, and lyrics from "easier to run" are written all over..

Dont get me wrong, they deserve to be out for losing 2 games out of 3. But the competition is not the contest it should be, its like having a football World Cup without Brasil & Argentina or the Olympics without America & Russia.
Its just not exciting anymore and these were the only teams that couldve beaten Australia & SA.

has asked a sensible qestion on here and is asking for advice or help, that at least one arseh*le will post a completely nasty answer? I'm sure i'll get a few back now i've posted this from exactly the kind of people i'm talking about, but there are some really messed up people out there and i was just wondering why the hell they feel compelled to be complete w*nkers to total strangers?? Is it because they don't have the guts to stand up to people in real life so it makes them feel better to belittle people from the safety of their computers??
