Not at all. My best friend is just that. I had some people in my life that I thought were "best friends" but it turned out, they were not.
I have one soul mate, I will marry him soon and I also have other very very close friends who I believe I will know for many years to come. I am one of the few people who has been in the same town since I was born and I am 25 now and have friends I have had for 20 years or more.

Possibly, by nature you trust and share information with this person, you trust this person with your loved ones....
So should you ever cross your best friend they have all the dirt on you. They'll have the easiest way to trick the significant others to leave you.
They can be your worst enemy, but they shouldn't be thought of like that....

nope.your bestfriend is your best buddy.the one who will be with you wherever, whenever and whatever happen.the one who will tell you what you did wrong and what you did right. if your friend whom you think as your bestfriend is not the one who tell you the truth eventhough it is bad, means that she/he is not your bestfriend.maybe she/he is just your good friend and afraid of telling you the truth because she/he do not want to hurt you.a bestfriend will try to tell you whatever either good or bad with ways that you can accept. that shows that he/she really know you. a friend whom tell everything right about you will be your worst enemy...she/he might have secret agenda....beware!!!

My best friend is my best friend. We have been best friends since we were 14. We are 39 now. She is the one person I can tell all to. She accepts me for who I am without judging my many many mistakes. I am the same with her.

well,,,i may say yes but not literal....
we consider a bestfriend as part of our lives right? i mean like morethan a brother or a sister.....you're always together...
bottomline, we love our bestfriends and we have a strong bond with them...we TRUST them soo much...
but there were times misunderstanding takes place...you were hurt...same with him....
and for us its not easy to please each other...thats why i think they called it our best friend s our best enemy...

A best friend is a best friend it is just like this saying.
FRIENDS ARE LIKE BUTT CHEEKS SOME **** MAY COME BETWEEN THEM BUT THEY ALWAYS STICK TOGETHER! LOL!
A true friend will be there for U no matter what. They are just like family.
