Sorry but you are doing both of them wrong and you are not being a good friend at all. Also the girl is not being faithful to your friend...Why would you even want anything to do with her. You are going to ruin your friendship with this friend. Is the girl worth that?

Get your own. You reap what you sow. Wait for the day your best friend's sleeping with your wife (or partner or whatever). It's going to feel pretty crappy. Then you can think back to what you're doing to your buddy.
