Why dont we the atheists have faith?

Were we designed to be faithless?... Maybe yes..

But then believers were designed to lack in intelligence I guess....

God is irrelevant....

Believers can accept things which are not yet proven. Atheist thinks before they believe.

Believers have something to look forward to after this life is spent.
What would/could atheists have faith in anyway?
So, the believers were designed to lack in intelligence, you guess? Not a good guess. Guess again.
We were all 'designed' the same way. If you are lacking in intelligence, it's because you're a drop out. Go back to school and may God bless you.

You know - this seems to be the only argument atheists really have: that believers are just lacking in intelligence.

Pretty sad really - that you can't explain something so you chose to try and make yourself mentally superior.

There are many, many Christians and other theists out there that have high IQ's. They work as scientists, doctors, and other challenging fields. Others chose not to work these types of jobs, but still have a high intelligence.

Actually try to prove that theists are just dumber then atheists. This is an argument that goes around and around, with absolutely no proof. If science is so sacred, then actually use it.

And you sound rather upset about theists' faith. That you can't understand why anyone would have this, and that you actually don't understand faith in general.

Human actually never be a faithless being, even a atheist , they do believe that God never exist..and that's their faith...

For the believers designed to lack in intelligence, i think it's quite disturbing for me, cuz there are lot of people out there who have their faith but still a smart man...

and i repeat...God will not design fate, Smart or Stupid, Believer or Sinner...cuz actually if we take a closer look, it's just a matter of human free will...lol...cao ^^

No, we are not different people, just have different beliefs. You were designed to seek God, which is what you are doing now, or else why would you be on a "religion & spirituality" site asking these questions?

Making blanket statements is only evidence that your opinion is weak. There are many highly educated Christians in our world. Would you say that they are ignorant? There are scientists with many advanced degrees who are Christians - are they ignorant?

Intelligent exchange begins with thought - not opinions.

We all believe in something. I believe in Jesus.
Faith in Jesus saves you from eternal separation from God.
Atheist have a lot of faith in their causes.
No, you were destined to be part of God's community.
Intelligence is relative. How intelligent it is to miss the main thing in life?
God is God no matter what is your opinion about Him. Do not you think that just for change you would think what is God's opinion about you...

Can I just reiterate that not all Atheists believe in the theory of evolution. So we don't all believe that we evolved from monkies.

Could be that there is a faith gene we're lacking (similar to a black hair gene or a homosexuality gene)

Christians were created.
Atheists evolved from monkeys.
Just ask either one. They'll confirm it.
