With the elections so far away, shouldn't she be concentrating more on the job she was elected to do? Makes it look like her critics were right from the get-go. She had her eye on the presidents spot and the "Senator of New York" thing was just a stepping stone. I think New Yorker's got DUPED!

Has anyone seen the movie "The Prestige" ??
Its sooooooooooo good!!! Very interesting movie...
for everyone who saw it... did they really kill those birds when they did the magic trick?? :-( I was so mad when I saw those birds die, I just wanted to know if anyone can show me proof that those birds were harmed or not at all in that movie??????

Let me explain a little about what im doing. Im 4' 11" and about 140-144lbs... I usually start my day with a boul of cereal (special K, or whatever..whole milk)...for lunch I have a sandwich with ham or turkey with whole wheat bread...lol..a few baby carrots, and or string cheese..whatever (I try to change meal everyday) and I only drink water all day...maybe 6 bottles max a day....for dinner I dont eat too much, sometimes I just eat another boul of cereal or a banana or if my mom cooks ill eat some of that but very little and she cooks healthy nothing fried....I try to cut out alot of carbs too....anyway, I hit the gym everyday, do cardio for 45 mins, somedays I do a warm on a treadmill for 10-15 mins as well....is this a good enough routine I got going to lose weight? I wanna be atleast 115-120lbs....I also try to keep my self busy all day, I dont sit around as much as I use to....except for right now lol...damn I almost wrote a book!

I have found Buddhism about a year ago. After years of struggling with my former religion, I have found Buddhism to address the questions that I have such as why we are forced to exist beyond our will. This is the main reason I converted to Buddhism. I have studied Buddhism for about a year but the path I have taken long before was on the business side of life.
