It seems that people cannot seem to understand the difference between works of art and something that is intentionally sexually explicit. It is only fairly recently that our society has become so upset at the mere sight of nudity even in the context of art.

Art is all around us. The Statue of "The Spirit of Justice" which sits in the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building in Washington, D.C. wears a toga- like dress with one breast exposed.

So now, are people going to lobby to have works of art taken off walls and statues dressed just because they show the human body? If peoples two hundred years ago thought nothing of putting up nude sculptures on buildings - our forefathers and mothers whom many consider to be wiser than we are - then why is there such a problem with it now?

A guy I care about is in rehab (again) for alcoholism. He put himself there. I've talked to a family member of his who thinks he shouldn't have contact with family or friends while in rehab. I think that he should know he has people who support him and love him. What do you think? Should he be left alone or should I ring him? Also, he doesn't know I know he's in rehab. Thanks!

i meet a new guy, we text for a few days, then we meet up. on the first date, he'll try to make out with me. after that, we'll continue texting for 2 to 3 days and then we stop contacting each other. this is how the story goes. this has been happening to me recently. a guy will not last for more than 10 days. i don't understand why. i mean, if all the guys have the same reaction, something must be wrong with me. is that right? or what? i don't understand why will the guys make out with me right on the first date when he's not even my bf or any sort? i don't even think they lik me. and worse, i don't know how to reject. so i end up giving in. can anyone teach me how to say no nicely? why cant the guys just stay longer in my life? why must they always go away so fast? i don't like how these sorta stuffs keep taking place in my life. it sucks. :( and, i've got a lot of pent up emotions within me. i want to vent it out, but don't know how to. any suggestions? can u help?

Yesterday, my Mom was driving at about 60 mph when when heard a "pop", then the car shut down. When I went to get her, I looked under the hood for a sec, and tried to crank it. Starter spins fine, and turns the alternator, but the car doesn't try to turn over. Timing belt doesn't turn. Have had some suggest that it may be the cam sprocket that broke. Need any suggestions as to possibilities and, if known with suggesstions, what kind of repair costs could be expected. Also have been told that if timing system broke at 60 mph, more than likely valves are bent.
