2x per day:
25 push-ups
20 dumbbell squats
10 tandem hammer-curls
1:00 plank
10 concentration curls, left
10 concentration curls, right
(rest, repeat everything, rest)
25 push-ups
10 tandem hammer curls
and then i feel pretty bushed for 30 minutes or so.
so, that's 150 push-ups per day, 100 curls per arm per day, plus the squats and planks. i'm 6'3" and 155# (BMI 19.4)
and now, the questions:
1. from years of labor, my left bicep is noticeably smaller than my right. what could i do to even it out?
2. i've moved from 20# to 25# after 4 days. how soon should i move up to 30#? i don't think i could do it within another week, so this question is kind of pointless. so instead: can i expect visible results with this routine? should i expect to ever do 40#? 50#? not interested in whey or supplements or such.
3. is this workout enough? should i be able to do more already / am i weak? advice, things to add, general encouragement. thanks :)
