A few months ago I (naively) got my upper ear cartilage pierced at Claire's with a gun. I'd wanted the piercing for years, but it was an impulse buy, I suppose. I know now I should have gotten it done with a needle. But at any rate, I wanted to change the stud to a hoop so I went to professional place and they changed it. Then about a month later my piercing got infected and developed a pus bubble or bump. Over time it has gotten a little bit larger.

I've tried everything: antiseptic, sea salt, crushed aspirin & spit, topical cream subscribed from my doctor, antibiotics for a week also subscribed by my doctor, and so on. I just finished the antibiotics, and have seen no change in my earring. I don't know what to do, and I just wish I could drain the pus somehow and let it heal, and know I cannot remove the earring since that would make things worse. Apparently it needs to be kept in, in order to drain the pus, etc.

Does anyone know any other solution?

Usually I don't remember my dreams, but sometimes I can "feel" like I'm sleeping and "tear" myself out of them. It's like a paralyzing feeling like it is really hard to move my arms and legs and is extremly hard to open my eyes. Really hard to explain, but I don't think its my biological clock beacuse this can happen anytime during REM sleep (if I actually am in it anyway). Also has nothing to do with what I eat or drink, it seems completely random when it happens. Just wondering if this happens to anyone else.

Hey, I know how to shift gears when you're driving faster. but I have a question, when you are in gear 4 and you want to slow down to turn, how do you know when to shift to gear 3? It doesn't show you does it? Because I know you shift from 3 to 4 because it is near the red line. But I have no clue how to shift from 4 to 3.

He is controlling, we tried to work our stuff out. He went to live with his parents (Dec 1 till Feb 28) so we could have time apart. He's been back almost a month but we are back to fighting! He puts me down, embarrasses me in public, we have no sex in 2 yrs (except pity sex in sept b4 he went to live w/ his parents. If he gave me $ I would have felt better!! We picked up right where we left off!! We did talk & agree on a lot of stuff I'm following what we agreed on but he is not. I realized that I'm no longer attracted to him & have told him this but he doesn't believe me. How do I convience him of this? He is still controlling & emotionally abusive. Even his son is afraid of him!! We still are in counseling but not getting ware. The only thing we agree on is that we can't change each other!! He is still trying!! I don't know what to do! I though we would be ok but we are not!! Still can't see my family only his! Won't give me any money He holds all money!!
