I live in Mo and my ex-husband lives in KS. He is frequently late in his child support payments and so I began having his wages garnished. Every year he quits his job in Oct. and finds a new one in Feb. Well, this year (I hear) that he's found one that pays him cash. I've called SRS in KS (NO HELP) and DFS in MO (Helping but slowwwwly). He has a warrant out for his arrest in MO for failure to appear on a warrant issued on the last time he stopped paying child support. It's been 5 1/2 months since we've got a dime and we are HURTING for money. At what point does failure to pay child support become a felony? He is supposed to pay $250 a month plus $50 back child support for all the months he's missed. He is also supposed to provide our son with insurance and doesn't do so. I hear that if MO will extradite him then he will be under a judge's order to pay back ALL the money he owes and will have to provide insurance..... is this true and if so, WHEN will this happen and how can I help?

My question is simple like the title is general. I want to leave home. I am 18, but my mother is claiming I must 21. I am not attention high school and I didn't graduate. I have had it with people who call them selves scientists and self appointed solution makers who keep on ruling out the existence of a creator even though the complexity of life around them and the fact they cannot explain zillions of things point out they might be wrong.
I explain, why is it that science develops crazy theories about the universe and the laws that govern it which happen to be way more far-fetched than the work of a creator ? They admit that the universe is too complex to be governed by chance, and they realize that if earth for instance was to be few centimetres closer or farther from the sun, no life could have existed on it in the first place ! The same thing applies to our own existence, they say there is no way the complexity of our brains, our hearts, the way we breath etc could have evolved from a simple organism that gave birth to this immense Varity of creatures all with a very precise purpose to play in the complex game of life ! And why are we the only creatures to ponder about our existence, why aren’t cows or squirrels making theories and using computers ?! why didn’t they evolve to the level we are now if we evolved from monkeys ? why didn’t some monkeys evolve to our standard ?? all these questions and many many more remain unanswered by the scientific community which keeps on proposing some far fetched “theories”, and for those who are not sure what a theory is, it’s nothing more that a speculation with no hard evidence.
So here we are, in a universe we barely understand, we try to deny the existence of a creator in order to allow our selves to behave like animals and therefore ignore all moral values which by the way, where did we get those values from, and why are they so perfect in making our lives more organised and prevent chaos and mayhem ?!!!
Now that the scientific community is stuck and cannot explain how perfect the design of life is they go as far as imagining a new theory which proposes that our universe is one of many other universes and that some of those universes might be so much technologically advanced that they would have the intelligence to simulate our universe just as we today simulate a computer game?? (meaning we are now living in a super massive computer system and on the other side of the screen are very smart green man enjoying their brand new 11 dimensional game !!!! Doesn’t that eerily remind you of something ?? someone intelligent controlling our lives and the laws of nature ??? !!! This is just instance, anything is possible, any thing is acceptable but God, no way !!!!

I just wish they open their eyes before it’s too late !

the thing is when I opened the account it asked me to give them a "Credit Card", and also my "Bank Account"details, for which I thought was strange.

the thing is I,ve been selling on their no problem, but when I have to pay my selling fees to ebay they take the money from my Credit Card, is their a way of using a Debit Card to pay them rather then use a credit card so the money comes straight out of my account rather than off my Credit Card ?

I can't see why they want a Credit Card as well as my Bank Accoutn Details can't I just pay them via my bank account's debit card ?.

I'm very Confused, any help would be greatly appreciated .

Ok,here`s the problem... I`m 17, from London, and, my friends& I r going to Paris this Easter... we have already found a place to stay... and, it`s an apartment... The problem is, we have never been to Paris... and, don`t have any clue what Paris has... we only know Eiffel Tower( and, the whole world knows about this!!) and Disneyland..(again, another world-known fact)....so, I would really appreciate it, if you could give me any tips/suggestions/ideas/pointers or tell us where we should go.... My group of friends consisits of 3 girls( I`m one of the girls...) and 5 boys...please tell us where we should go.. or, the places we MUST go if we reach Paris... one more thing, eventhough we have already found a place to stay, if anyone knows a very, very, cheap place to stay in Paris, like some B&B inn, please tell me all about it.. coz, please bear in mind.... we r juz some teenagers with a very tight budget.... So, I hope whatever you tell me r free or really cheap.. Thanks a lot!!
