My beautiful wife was just thrown out from our church! 'they' said it was because she was an inflatable doll, but I think she was being picked on because she never joins in with the hymn singing! we are now back at our council flat, she is so upset, I am sure I spotted a tear! Should we convert to Islam?

Is that a tear or a tear??? If it's the latter, you'd better get your old puncture repair kit out from under the sink.
I'd consider this severe discrimination. After all, did Jesus not say:
"Blessed are the pump makers, for they shall inherit the earth?"
I'm not sure that Islam would be any more accepting though. Not with their history of stoning ... fatal for most people, bloody lethal for your missus!!

Maybe she wasn't wearing a big enough church-hat? Not joining in with hymn singing usually goes unnoticed.
Don't convert, try another church.

Our God lives, something which I dint know even though I went to church sometimes and knew the bible stories. I asked God to give me Holy Spirit and I knew if God was there He will give me and to my amazement I received Him, so now I know for sure that God is there and Jesus Christ is the only way. So I want to encourage you to read bible and know what Jesus is trying to tell and ask God to help you out.
And about people throwing your wife out of church will be really difficult situation. Try to go to other churches where u can really worship God and feel not watched/mocked and find God's peace and presence there. Though we are mocked in all the places, we usually need church atleast to support us. But rather than my advice, in bible Jesus will be accused in church on various occasions, but still Jesus went.
There are many religions, but surely there is one true God and Jesus is our hope and only way, I can say without a second thinking, cause its very very true.

I say you should still fight for your faith. IT's yours and no one can take it away. If you just don't like the people, and believe that they are making the religion unreasonable, and fake, then convert. But not into Islam, study it and interact with the people first before you do anything. You don't want to raise your kids in an environment where uncovering your hair or wearing short sleeve is a sin. You can still practice your religion, but in another church. Don't you think it worths driving a little bit to get to another church, but be happy and appreciated? Churchies go door by door to get more people to go to church, if they don't appreciate your presence, leave them and they will come to you.
BTW, Why Islam? Its the dirties religion I can think of, I mean the religion is not dirty, and is very humanitary, but the people and the followers have made it turn into a hell... check out middle east specifically Iran.
Have you concidered Bahais? More complete and reasonable. We should help each other find out more about that ... I'm in process and I've heard a lot of promissing stuff

Now she can enjoy her sundays gives her more time to cook a roast dinner.
My wife was thrown out of church as well but the church has been converted into a PUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds to me like the church is being 'blow up dollist'. Your wife has rights, probably more rights than you.
Start legal proceedings, she will clean up!
