i have started going to the gym this week and i have been going 2 days a week for about an hour an a half. I have been using the rowing machine, exersise bikeand the uphill jogger thing (dont know what it is called) i am trying to lose excess fat on my stomach, bum, arms and thighs... what are the best machines for toning up and losing fat on these areas???

my wife cheated on me with my best friend and others over 4 years of our 8 year marrage, and she says she will get help with her problem now that i know. we have 2 children and i love her and hate what she has done to me .every time i say i need time to be away she freaks out and tries to hurt herself, shes on meds for that now but i still cant go because im afraid of what she will do next time. when we first got together i told her i could forgive anything but cheating because of previous relationshipsi have had, but she did it anyways.
