Genesis 2:10 + Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads. The name of the first is Pishon; it is the one which skirts the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold. And the gold of that land is good. Bdellioun and the onyx stome are there. The name of the second river is Gihon; it is the one which goes around the whole land of Cush. The name of the third river is Hiddekel (now known as Tigris); it is the one which goes toward the east of Assyria. The fourth river is the Euphrates.
The rivers Pishon and Gihon do not exist anymore. It is thought they disappeared during the flood, leaving the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. These rivers are in Iraq and therefore it is believed that Iraq is where Eden was, somewhere close to the Persian Gulf.

There is no way of knowing this because of the upheaval of the flood. Even though there are rivers, etc with the same names as ones in pre-flood times, there is no way of knowing where the original ones were due to all of the major changes including continental drift afterwards.
It is 'thought' that the ark resides in Mt Ararat, however unless the gov't gives permission for a major archeological excavation, then that can't be proven either.

There's a cheribum guarding it now...man has been kicked out.
Gen 3:24
24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side [a] of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

Some bible scholars have pin pionted it by Ethopia, some believe near Africa. The bible give a description of a river that ran through it with four heads and that makes some believe Turkey by Mt. Ararat but after the flood rivers changed so it is hard to pin point.

Some say it was removed from the earth.
Others say Africa based on the rivers the Bible mentions.
Basically no one really knows.
