No matter WHAT I do, I can never seem to work off the fat on the back of my thighs, or my butt. What are the bext exercises for this? I recently got an at-home weight set where you can adjust the bench and lay flat on your stomach and curl the weights up behind you with your legs, is that a good one?

ok well somehow my BFF tricked me into dumping my bf (boyfriend). So now he asked her out and she saidd no because there's another guy that likes her!!! I am a student at heritage high school and was witness to the events that took place when the students were suspended for praying during school hours. I have read the reports made out, and in all of them, it is made to sound like they were blocking a hallway, when in fact they were not. They were in an area of high traffic but not in the middle of it. They were off to the side. I believe that it was wrong to punish them for what they were trying to accomplish. I put office 2003 on my home PC recently and it has made my system run real slow. If I uninstall office 2003 will office 2000 still be there and nothing lost? Or if I did a system restore to a couple of day ago would that get rid of it?

I just adopted a 1yr. old female maltese that was infested with fleas. Yesterday she had a series of shots, including rabies. She also had a chip implanted.

She is eating and drinking normally but after I bathed her with flea shampoo I noticed a little blood on the white towel. I put her in a diaper for an hour and when I took it off it was dry but there were little blood stains in it. It wasn't a huge amount. I checked her tummy and her hind quarters but there were no cuts or sores, no blood in her white hair either.

She seems to be acting healthy, following me from room to room, etc. What could be the problem?
