You can add the foreclosure to the Chapter 13 amendment to your filing...do it soon to get the protection. Contact your lawyer ASAP.

I don't think so...I think you're only allowed to file bankruptcy 1 time in 7 years. Why don't you consult the attorney who is filing your chapter 13

No you cannot file again. If you have not been discharged yet, you may be able to add your house to the bankruptcy. Talk to you attorney immediately.

You should be able to reopen your chapter 13 and add your home to it. Contact your lawyer A.S.A.P.
