I manage a movie theatre and one of the issues that's always coming up is promoting movies. From my perspective, I don't see much value in other forms of advertising besides running the previews and displaying the posters (and other theatre advertising materials). I mean the various media stunts you see for movie can be cool, but do they really drive people to theatres. Also, when it comes to cross promotions with places like McDonalds, I see a bigger upside for the partner than for the movie theatres.

I'm just curious to hear any thoughts on what has the most impact on your desire to see a movie and if any of the extra stuff makes any difference.

I've always wondered why Kobe Bryant has so much hangtime. My best guess is that he has so many noses shoved up his anus that he just floats through the air until he gets to the basket.

If you can't tell me why he has such long hangtime, could you at least tell me what he ate for dinner last night, I'm curious.

I have a friend who is in need of definite help. Although they are adults and much older than me, I still find myself needing to help this friend. Not because I want to or need to, it is because this friend could be in physical danger. Also there is a one-year-old baby involved. Everyone grows up differently. Those who are less fortunate need some help. In my situation, I will be helping this friend. But I just can’t understand how people can treat one another. I still have a lot to learn in this life. But I definitely know what is right from wrong. Some people just need professional help. I will find these two some professional help. That is the most I can do, because some things I have yet to understand. I don’t feel anger against this situation. I feel fear for my friend and the baby. I’m confused on how my friend got into this situation, because this individual is very intelligent. Is there a number that I should call or someone that can help me? Please, thank you!

Finally, after 4 years of marriage my husband has finally agreed to getting circumcised. He agreed to get it done when he turned 30 and May 23 was his 30th birthday. We have consulted with a clinic in the Baton Rouge area that specializes in this and discussed the pros and cons and have set the date for Friday June 30 so he can have the following week off to recover. My ex boyfriend before I married was also not circumcised so this will be something new for the both of us.
Has anyone else been through this and what can we expect? Girls, is it better cut or should we cancel? I'm a little nervous but really think I want this. We are going to take pics before and after and are trying to get in as much sex as possible before cut date to compare the before and after feelings for the both of us. Willing to share results and answer questions later as a man and woman that has experienced both. Hope its worth it because I know it's final.

it doesn't matter how the the rice is prepared, and I'm not sure if I have the problem with other kinds of rice (though I suspect I do). up until I was 18, I had no problem eating white rice, and ate a lot of it, but I developed the intolerance over the next few years

Outing a CIA operative that was exclusively involved with Nuclear acquisitions by terroristic entities. Forcing our elected officials to go to the Supreme Court to get the "truth" about how this Administration operates in regards to "loyalty". It always appears to be a little bit staged ie the contestants always seem fairly dressed up and less shocked that they're on tv than they should be.And also do they really make them walk if they loose all 3 lives or do the production team who must follow in a car, give them a lift?Trivial questions i know but it is a fab little quiz.Would be very interested to hear from someone whose been a contestant

My California drivers license was suspended three years ago, due to a judgement of $12,000.00 . My auto was in accident and although i was not the driver, i was the owner, and had no insurance, Now the debt is dissolved due to bankruptcy.. and i have the information to verify, but i do not know what to do at this point.. who do i contact ? And what is the next procedure?
