does the word politician say anything? Most are lawyers and are incapable of telling the truth......

Yes usually political leaders made high promises because they want the people voters given to them.But after being elected they forget all of their promises because doing something in a realization of their promises are harder than only saying it..Saying is easier than doing.Maybe they do not forget their promises but they had no competencies or capabilities to realize it.They only made a dream and the people have been cheated.

They don't forget. They never intended to keep those promises in the first place. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to pull that lever for them on election day. Once in office, they do what they want, according to their agendas.
How many years have we heard politicians cry, "I will not raise your taxes". And as soon as they enter office, your paycheck shrinks dramatically.
When the American people wake up and realize that we do not have a government who represents the best interests of the people, the better off we're going to be. Regardless of party......these politicians have their own agendas, and they're going to implement their policies while they are in office, whether it is the will of the majority of the people or not.

They don't forget. Sometimes they only make those promises to get elected. Sometimes they really want to accomplish what they said they would, but then find out it's much more difficult than they thought, and they can't get it done.

they say what is popular but when they get in office they find out they cant do anything without the say so of hundreds of other people, so they vote for what they must to try to get just one little thing on their list past the bunch.

It's what's known as 'spin'.
They give you a whole lot of lies to get themselves elected.
There is no such thing as an honest politician.
