My California drivers license was suspended three years ago, due to a judgement of $12,000.00 . My auto was in accident and although i was not the driver, i was the owner, and had no insurance, Now the debt is dissolved due to bankruptcy.. and i have the information to verify, but i do not know what to do at this point.. who do i contact ? And what is the next procedure? IT SOUNDS SIMPLE, BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BACK PAIN REAL BAD, AND CAN NOT HANDLE STANDING IN LONG LINES TO BE REDIRECTED, I NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO DO,, ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
THANK YOU

Call your state's Division of Motor Vehicles for an answer. If a judge suspended your license, you may have to go back before the court to get it back. Some would suggest hiring an attorney, but that could be expensive.
