Is every year averaged in?? I mean if it rained, abnormally, a lot last year, then wouldn't that effect the averages for the coming year in a false way?? The same goes , vice versa, for if the rainfall was, abnormally, poor in the last year. I may have not worded this too good, but that just goes to show how much I know on rainfall averages. Sure, I could have gone through a search engine and probably found the answer but I wanted to ask it here so as to be educational for anyone who reads the answers.

We went to D.C. as counter protesters with the Gathering of Eagles. The last time we were there they were only talking of erecting the WW2 tribute. It is amazing, my new favorite.

The protest against the anti-war, anti-Bush, and anti-American protesters was an over whelming victory. We out numbered them 3 to 1. They were comprised of 50% kids. It was a pathetic showing but a true acounting of who these people really are. They are not speaking for the majority of Americans.

I was sexually abused as a child by my step-father. I "repressed" these memories. He is now in prison for abusing 2 other girls, but he will be out in 4 years. He owns the house across the street from me, and I don't want him around me ever again. However, the prosecuting attorney will not file any charges on him for me. He wont give any explanations either. I am 32 years old, so I know it may be an old case, but the statute of limitations is still good on this! I just don't know where to go from here. Our prosecutor is NOT doing his job at all! If he would at least talk to me and give me an explanation, but he just says his office isn't going to do anything about this!
Can anyone tell me who to contact?

I'm using Ripit4me onto DVD decrypter that sends it to DVD shrink. i'm suppose to burn with IMGburn.

I currently trying to backup some of my personal dvds, one was so scratched up, I decide to back them all up, which is legal since I already own them.

The judges put Sanjaya Malakar into the top 24. Now Simon is threatening to quit if he wins.

First this show makes him soooo much money he aint goin nowhere!
Second is this just a publicity stunt to get more people watchin (& voting). [if this is the case ~ that is low on Simon's part to destroy this kids confidence to get a little richer]
Third lets hold Simon to his promise and keep Sanjaya and let Simon go!

My husband and I have been invited to a fancy dress party. I thought we cd go as Gabbar and Basanti from Sholay.
Husband does not think its a gr8 idea cos he is thinner and fairer than me and feels Gabbar wont suit him.
I even bought the Gabbar costume.He wont even try it.So I tried it.It looks good even on me.
Any other ideas?
I need a solution fast....party is on saturday.
The Basanti costume wd be simple...right?...Saree, kajal,lipstick.bindi,gajra etc...or do I need more?
If possible give details of this or any other costume u may suggest.
