Yes Queen was one of my all time favorites before Freddy Mercury died. He was a creative genius for sure.
Our local radio station does Zeptember and , they play so much of it that during the rest of the year l'll only listen to Stairway to Heaven.
Jim Morrison would be a hell of an artist now but what he had to work with then was far below his abilities. Quite frankly l don't care for much of his work.
Scorpions were a big hair band and did kick some major butt.
Supertramp ! Listen to the entire Breakfast in America album and, tell me there is a single song that you dislike. This is rare as usually you will only find this on a greatest hits cut.
John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. The soundtrack from Eddy and the Cruisers. This band had a Sax player that kicked it for sure!
Jefferson Airplane
Jefferson Starship
Creedence Clearwater Revival ( these guys had more hits for the time they were together than any other band in history)

Queen replaced into tremendous! Too undesirable there are not more beneficial bands that those days! I recommend, there are some, yet Freddy truly made Queen an enduring memory for a lot of human beings! And Bohemiam Rhapsody, no music have ever come close to to that in a majority of those years!

Barring Scorpions a decent list. Would suggest trying Pink Floyd and The Who if you're into the 70s thing.

yes i love queen my sef i have their albums and most of their singles.
Also love the doors , led zeppelin. also metallica slayer the Beatles.
My fav queen song is give me the prize.
Fav queen album a kind of magic.
Also have seen Brien may live with def lapperd.

I love them all too. They are all really good bands and have influenced so many of my favorite newer bands.
