My fiancee and I are just starting to talk about places to settle down... He would prefer the East coast for the schools and loves outdoor activities. I want a relaxed safe atmosphere with plenty of cultural opprotunities. Does Connecticut sound like the spot? (I have never lived East of the Mississippi) If not any other suggestions?

I am currently answering FAFSA questions and I am on this part :

Housing, food, and other living allowances paid to members of the military, clergy, and others (including cash payments and cash value of benefits).

How do I determine what to put there ? My husband is in the military and I am a dependent . Do I put our housing allowance ? If yes do I multiply that by 12 months to get the total and put it in or just put the monthly housing allowance ? Please help ....

I need a new car soon, and i want a small suv. i live in michigan, so i need something reliable... i have been driving a geo metro for the past 10 yrs, and she's been VERY good to me, but she's getting old. My floorboards have been wet for ~7 months, my muffler system needs replacing every year, etc. I want something good on gas, 4 doors, auto windows, locks, air, minimum.

This question has 2 parts, if you can please answer both not just focus on the first.

The bible says and preaches, love thy neighbor, I have actually for along time, he is one of the most lovely gentle men I have ever met....... A few weeks ago I found out he was homosexual...... does that mean in the eyes of God I have to now turn my back on him and tell him he will burn in hell, or do you think God will forgive me for continuing our wonderful friendship

The second part of my question is

My neighbor is my sibling, my brother, now where do you think the bible stands on this one.

do things like ban the making of nemore of the vehicles we have now or make power companies switch to cleaner methods.make public transportation mandetory unless you have a good reason. i think they shouldnt let kids drive to school unless the have a NEED 2. kids should take the bus.we'd all like the traffic better.and so on

Honestly... have you seen some of the questions around here? Considering the lack of proper education that these people have, I can't really blame them. I really blame the conservative and religious nutjobs who spew the asinine idea that REAL sex education (NOT abstinence-only) will encourage teens to have sex. I also blame the parents who are stupid enough to treat their teens like infants in this day and age. Finally, I blame the media as the all-time greatest source of misinformation.

Please tell me that I'm not alone here. The rapid decline of humanity is starting to depress me.
