Unfortunately America will go the way of every empire in history and that is eventual decline. Though a Christian-
Muslim world conflict appears inevitable, that will not be what will ultimately diminish America's status. Empires crumble from within and America will be no exception.

We already are in an age of ignorance. People focus on themselves first. We put to much into individuality. Here we are the United States of America. How can we be united if we constantly focus on individuality. We need to focus on unity first then individuality. One of the first steps would be to make English the official language of the US.

Someone in America will invent strong Artificial Intelligence which will cause America to become an even bigger super power than it is already.
The advent of strong AI will give us a better understanding of intelligence that will cause us to realize that we should all think like Vulcans.

i think that it is going to get larger,
and most people are going to get poorer
but i dont think it will turn into a dystopia ala the literature above. Its just going to be less interesting, more walmarty.
