No. I am not opposed to gay relationships. This is simply because it is common sense. If two consenting adults choose to have a sexual relationship the state should have no hand in it. Furthermore, if the couple decides to "take it further" the state should recognise their union and offer them equal protection under the law.
Some of the arguments given against gay marriage:
1. Heterosexual marriage sacred and is the basic social unity of society
Oh please. If marriage is so sacred why are reality shows like The Bachelor so popular? How sacred is marriage if 5 million people get to "choose" a bride for some stranger on TV?
One in two marriages end in divorce. What is so sacred about that? Being gay has nothing to do with that. Heterosexuals managed to do that all alone.
2. Gay people are somehow sexual predators
Absolutely false. Data suggests that in the US the typical sexual predator is, yes you guessed right, heterosexual male.
3. It is against the law of God
Until about 50 years ago inter-racial marriages were seen to be against the law of God. In the famous case, Loving v Virginia, when sentencing the inter-racial couple for miscegenation, the judge actually said, "Almighty God created the races white, black, yellow, Malay and red, .... The fact that he separated the races shows that He did not intend for the races to mix". Nowadays no sane politician will question the legality of interracial marriages.
Accepting gay unions is not only the right thing to do, it also makes sense and is in tune with the spirit of our times.

I don't approve, but I'm not opposed either. I've been a Christian most of my life and while Romans does put a major indictment against homosexuality in Chapter 1, it turns right around in Chapter 2 pointing that accusing finger right back at Christians who have all the same vile characteristics that Chapter 1 attributes to homosexuals. Most of the Christian people I know LOVE to go to Chap. 1 and bash on homosexuality. They never even get to Chap. 2. It's truly sad. Homosexuality is a sin, but so is everything else listed there; and what a list! Disobedient to parents is ranked with murder and adultery! If Christians only understood that on Judgment Day before all He's going to care about is "Did u believe in My Son? And if so, what did u do about it?" "My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest fame, but wholly lean on Jesus' name. When Christ shall come with trumpet sound, oh may I then in Him be found dressed in His Righteousness alone, faultless to stand before the Throne."

Relationships and Marriage -
Personally? Opposed for the most part.
Politically? Absolutely for. All people are equal and have the same rights as as everyone else. There is a separation of Church and State for a reason.

Morality is defined by an ultimate moral authority, God. If you are a non-believer, then you have no objective moral truths.
Since God, speaking through the inspired prophets authoring the books of the bible, declared homosexuality a sin, then it is a sin.
Thus, homosexuality is just one of a litany of the degradation of the perfect moral state found in original creation. Homosexuality is just one of a plethora of sins now existing in the world. Like all sins, we hate the sin, but we love the sinner.
On the scale of the depravity of sin, homosexuality is no greater than other sins, just that it is practiced openly ("in your face"), so the reaction by some is over the top. Yet when we do some personal inventories of our own sinful natures, I am sure we are found wanting.
Some resources regarding homosexuality and the bible to clear up some misunderstandings anyone is having:

Happiness to Christians is more than the needs of the flesh. Continue to pray for strength to resist your urges and strive to be obedient to the scriptures.

No I am not opposed to homosexual relationships. It is mainly because people will be the way they are regardless, just like I am the way I am. I have no right to judge someone because they are different from me or anyone else.

Gay and lesbian couples should have the same rights as everyone else. Who are we to tell people who they can love? How would you like it if God or the Government came to you one day and said, "You can't love your wife, because it's against god's command and we've decided as the government to ban it. Too bad for you." You cannot decide love. You cannot make laws against love. And if god was really god, he would not care, because god is supposed to BE love, isn't he?

I have nothing against gay and lesbian couples. I don't want to see it in my face all the time, but then I don't like hetero couples all over each other when I'm eating dinner either.

A relationship? Exactly how could I be opposed to a relationship? Am I going to run up to the two girls making out on the bus and physically force them apart? LOL
Do you mean Civil Unions, Marriage, what?
Here have a pumpkin bar while you consider rephrasing your question.

No I am not. I came up with this theory yesterday, imagine if homosexuality was the norm and all of us heterosexuals were shunned by homosexuals just 'coz we don't like same sex relationships? Even though I am a Christian and am meant to be opposed to them I can't seem to find myself believing that God said that homosexuals were sinners. I can believe that he would say to love thy neighbour (accept everybody).
