I wore my disposable contacts for a month straight and now I'm in agony with bloodshot, swollen eyes. They're watery and glassy-looking. It hurts to blink, and I'm very sensitive to light.

I took out my contacts and am wearing glasses. I've been using re-wetting drops constantly. 24-hours later the pain has not let up. What could I have done to my eyes by wearing them for so long? Should I seek medical attention immediately, or give my eyes more time to recover on their own?

In Saudi Arabia it is called Japanese Grass. It is very short, does not require cutting, and is like lumpy velvet to walk on. Is known by another name as I cannot find growing maintenance instructions for it??

My ex and I have been long distance for about 3 years, and it is really getting hard for him( for me too I just see a bigger picture here), causing fustration and tension between the two of us. We have been fighting off and on because for the last 6 months I have been further away on job assignments that he told me to take( which were clearly talked about before accepting them). He blames me now for taking these jobs after telling me he was ok with them. He tells me that this is the reason why our relationship is failing. And he really thinks he has no fault in this situation. I know that he is lonely(me too) , but I fell like something else is going on because it is like one day he wants me and the next day he dosen't. We are at a terrible state right. I love him and really want ot be with but he is confusing me. I need some advice.

I saw a woman today at the beach, pull her daughters baithing suit off to give her a spanking right in front of what looked to be her little brothers. I would say the girl was about 13-14 yrs old. Her mom had her laying on her belly on the towel on the sand for atleast 5 minutes before she slipped her bottoms back up. i thought it was awful, and figurd this girl was too old for this kind of discipline. Is she too old or is it just me?

I am 20 yr old full time college student, taking 19 credits.. i have been dating a guy i like for awhile, hes 28,,he payed for everything at first but he invited me to his friends St Pattys party, it was at a big club that was catered.. He told me its $50 a person.. I met him at his friends house where some of his friends were.. In front of everyone he tells me,, "do you have the $50? I felt humiliated and handed it over.. He could have asked me later in private... I felt ashamed.. Then he tells me after the party that his friend was upset because she liked him and he brought me to the party...............
Another time last week he told me that if money is a question for me we can dine at the local pizza shop to suit my financial needs...

Is he a jerk?

And I gotta know where are these girls??? I have never met a girl that likes professional baseball outside of some girls on the softball team from high school. Do you girls like football and basketball too? I guess I find it attractive since I could talk about baseball all day.

When I first heard the term 'emo' it was very alternative and meant (to me anyway!) bands like 'Dashboard Confessional' and 'Jimmy Eat World'. These days it seems that whiny bands with tragic make up = emo ('My Chemical Romance').
