In the US 3phase power is only found in industrial sites, NEVER in residential.
You should recheck your manual.

three wires should be hot wires and one wire should be a neutral or frame ground ....dont matter which hot wire goes where as long as you dont hook them on the neutral or ground.....unless the machine runs backwards then you just switch any 2 hot wires....this must be a commercial washer and if you dont have 3ph power then you cannot use it...this will not hookup in any residential home i would tell you to hire an electrician or appliance repairman to hook this machine up

3 phase is usually used in industrial premises, hotels, hospitals etc. it helps to spread the voltage around (or something like that)
But I'm not really sure what you are trying to ask here, how to connect it to what?
(Glad to read that the first answerer's washing machine is working okay)

sorry, i can't advise you, for safety reason. never do this unless you're a qualified person. pls ask an electrician or a competent person to do it for you.
btw, I use a 240V, single phase, 3 wire (life, neutral, earth) for my washing machine
