I mean sometimes people will notice the look?even if they know nothing about what u have been doing.

It is not so much a change in the way you look, but in the way you communicate to each other with facial expressions or body language.
These are subtle changes that some people can catch and others are totally oblivious to.

I know a lot of married people who claim to hava sex life. I know a few single people also. never noticed any 'look'. does that mean theyre not being intimate or am i missing something? could you describe it so i might be aware of it...um...do i need to recognize it? lol
