From your profile, besides being dangerously diabetic, you wanted to be a sole proprietor and own a bike and peddle diabetic cures.
At that levels, you will soon be blind or have one of yoru limbs amputated. Maybe heart or kidney failure comes first.
Cut down on your weight, eat sensibly and avoid all sugars That your medicine and take insulin jabs if needed. Can you do that?
