Say another employee has a grudge and calls in a complaint (pretending to be a customer) against another employee of equal rank, but higher seniority and the company fires the employee with higher seniority. Will a lawsuit cover lost wages, or just return the job?

I dont get it. Whats up with these rotund, pot bellied sweaty palmed panting boomers that make em buy a Ferrari with seats smaller than a Ryan Air economy class tushy cushy when they would be more comfortable in a rolling air conditioned 60 mph Lincoln or Crown Victoria. The sporty coupes are for an age set that seem to lust after them but lack the financial wallop to obtain one. A 20-30 yr old would probably enjoy the pollen on nostrils, bees on face experience of a coupe convertible. Do the 50 yr olds purposely squeeze into a sporty coupe at an advanced age to make the youngsters jealous and take a perverse pleasure in owning things that the studs cant have thereby reigning higher on the alpha totem pole? Man I am not close to 50 but sure do enjoy the rides in the air conditioned sedans better. And ... what difference does it make if the Ferrari can go 0 to 60 in 3 seconds when the speed limit is 65 and chances are you will hit a red light by the time the auto candy hits 45. Any idea

I'm taking a simple Women's One-A-Day multivitam every morning with breakfast. If I don't take it with food it comes back up or I get very nauseous Recently, even if do take it with food, I get heart burn and or nauseous.

Are there any "gentle" multi-vitamins out there? I've tried different brands, but each is on par with the one I'm taking now.

I have a small room in a nail shop where I perform waxing and facials. Everyone who works there is Vietnamese but me. They are all so pushy and they want me to be too. I believe in do unto others and I can't stand pushy sales people. I don't like for someone to tell me what I want and I don't like it when people don't take no for an answer. I believe in offering quality service at a good price and marketing myself. American owned salons and spas are not pushy and they do well. Do I need to adopt the selling style of people where I work? I really have no respect for pushy sales people.

I'm currently living in Northern Virginia and me and my friend are going to our home state of California. I've been to L.A. plenty of times but I haven't been to South Los Angeles in the Watts area (where his family lives). I'm not familiar with Watts but I've heard some good and bad things about Watts from different sources. I'd like to have answer's from people who have been there or helpful answers in general.

IT HAD TO BE ABOUT DAY OR Night... or life...

its called LIFE here it is:

The trees sway,
as wind blows past,
clouds move overhead,
as a dog barks nearby,
a shado is casted by my body,
hovering over the dew covered grass,
the breeze becomes weaker,
the barking dog calms,
dew disappears from the grass,
along with my shadow,
day slowly slips away,
until at last it is gone,
crickets begin to sound,
cars come to life,
as people head out into the night,
but after a while,
everything grows sluggish and tired,
people close their eyes,
and drift to sleep,
dreams flash wildly through their minds,
the night seems to go by fast,
as eyes are opend to a brand new day,
and life starts again.

In 498 BCE, Athens carried out a terrorist attack on Sardis, a major Persian city, which made 9/11 seem like child's play. Aristagoras, an Athenian, set fire to the "outlying parts" of Sardis trapping most of its population "in a ring of fire." (Herodotus 5:101)

More innocent civilians died at the hands of Aristagoras than Osama bin Laden could ever hope to kill. And just as most of the world supported America's retaliation against Al Qaeda, so did it rally in support of Persia's attack on Athens.

The Spartans were not even targets of Persia's attack, until they violated a universal protocol by killing a Persian messenger who Herodotus claims was asking for Sparta's submission but in reality was probably sent by Persia's king, Xerxes to convey the same message America sent to the entire world after 9/11: "you're either with us, or against us."

The Spartans were Greek Jihadists who lived only to die. They were by all accounts ruthless savages who murdered Greek slaves known as "Helots" just for sport, cultivated a culture of thievery and rape, and practiced infanticide, as the movie '300' rightly points out in its opening scenes. Sparta was not even democratic. It was an oligarchy at best. Despite knowing all this, the West continues to hail the Spartans as the saviors of Western democracy.

Yes, the Spartans died fighting a foreign invader. But so do countless terrorists, yet few would consider them "good guys." Those who do are then not much different from Westerners who cheer for the Spartans.

Persia was drawn into a protracted war against terror, much the same way the U.S. was. Cheering for the Spartans merely because they were underdogs, is like cheering for Osama bin Laden today.
