That dud in part 2 of naruto in episode 4 facing off with gaara who is he and what is wrong with his eye pleez tell em everythign u know is his name deidera or sometghing liek that>

Yes, his name is Deidara. He's part of the Akatsuki, and specializes in explosive-based jutsu using clay. There are mouths on his hands, which manipulates clay to make any shape. The thing on his eye is a scope. He thinks of himself as a artist, with great 'artisitic' jutsu. I also noticed, he would end his sentences with 'hmph', 'hmm', or even 'yeah'.

In his first apparition in the manga, there was a debate if he was a guy or a girl.
His eye covered by his hair is good.
