Hi all one of our colleague from OSIM singapore resign,
but some of our own people still don't know.
what shall i do to make everyone know about his resign what i mean is friendly talk ,keep quiet , hold a farewell party or
e-mail. To me if i hold a farewell party i scare he thought i very happy to see him resign or if i keep quiet he might think that i don't care about him { go ahead and resign nothing to do with us } what should i do to avoid ugly misunderstanding. thks

I want something that allows me to "clump" together strands into locks but remains flexible, so stuff like gel is out of the question. My hair also frizzes somewhat. I'm thinking maybe leave-in conditioner or wax pomade? I've tried a creme pomade by got2b but when it dried it was really stiff. Same goes with a fiber putty by Garnier Fructis. I always apply product on damp hair, is this making it stiffer?

For reference, I basically want my hair to be like this http://www.hbo.com/rome/img/cast/character/season2/character_maecenas.jpg but with flexible hold, is this possible? Please recommend a brand as well so I know exactly what to look for. Also don't hesitate to include the more inexpensive options as price has somewhat of an influence. Thanks in advance!

Thumbnails Problem?

when i keep thumbnails in MY COMPUTER,only the icons are appearing and the name of the drive is not appearing!i keep thumbnails by going to view and then thumbnail option.what is the problem.please help somebody.for example the c drive icon is appearing but name c drive is disappeared.

Hi ive liked a guy in work for a while but i always have had mixed signals from him as were both shy/quiet. My gut instinct had been he liked me as hes always been able to flirt with all the other girls of the office except for me and there were always signs there like him remembering stuff i told him, sharing family problems, being helpful in work. I thought he wouldve made a move at the xmas dos which he didnt. So i just backed off and didnt bother with him as much. I went to talk to him the other day which i hadnt done in ages and enquired bout a band he went to see and i asked what it was like general chit chat really. The next thing i know he emailed me a link from youtube of the band. He never emails me! Doesnt that show he may be interested

Can someone please help me solve this? There is a story to go along with it, but I'll skip all that and just give you the basics. If 3 of us chip in and give a kid 30 bucks (10 bucks) a piece for cleaning a pool, and he takes the money and decides it's to much, and gives us 5 singles back, and we each take 1 dollar, and give him the 2 dollars as an extra tip, where does the extra dollar go. Because if the 3 of us gave him 10 dollars a piece, and he gives us each a dollar back and keeps two for himself, thats 9 bucks a piece instead of 10 that we all paid him. 9x3=27 + his 2 dollar tip = (29) ,,,,, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHERE THE EXTRA DOLLAR IS...

I have been applying hydrogen peroxide and neosporin and had used a large bandage until yesterday when I ran out of bandages. It is still red and hasn't scabbed over yet & shows sign of infection I believe - itching and burning is the main symptom.
Do I need to see a doctor or should I try applying some other kind of topical medicine?
