first u make ur contact soo strong in local. u have to build ur service best . u must be concentrate on advertisement and puiblicity. Make ur market contact either people network. make a unique feaure some thing diffrent from commpetitor then u can lead market.

Best would be have good frontage to attract customers in. However, the basis is to ensure your pricing is right and the foods are good. Also, do not underestimate the need for quality customer services.
