want to copy e-mail messages from outlook to DVD?

I am travelling so i want to copy all my correspondence on outlook (inbox,sent ,sub folders etc) .I have 4 a/c in outlook can i copy all four please suggest

The easiest way is to make a backup and then copy that to the DVD. Here are the instructions on making a backup of you emails.

copy it and make afile of it then you can carry it any where you want
