Hi all one of our colleague from OSIM singapore resign,
but some of our own people still don't know.
what shall i do to make everyone know about his resign what i mean is friendly talk ,keep quiet , hold a farewell party or
e-mail. To me if i hold a farewell party i scare he thought i very happy to see him resign or if i keep quiet he might think that i don't care about him { go ahead and resign nothing to do with us } what should i do to avoid ugly misunderstanding. thks

Tell you what. Go find a flower, make a silent prayer and pluck out the petals. Odd number left means throw a party. Even number left means keep quiet.
Not your fault what heaven tells what you to do.
