That could be anybody. I would like to know about the next- door neighbor, the Japanese guy, who is obsessed with turning his entire backyard into a giant raised balcony. He has been working on this for at least two years.
Though most of his yard is now covered, it seems to take him forever to mow what is left of it. Close to an hour.
