Here's the situation. You have a new job, and an off-duty police officer, who your employer is familiar with but aren't personally friends, walks in as a customer, and talks to your employer about past traffic violations or other legal problems with you to your boss while your boss is working, with the aim of incriminating you and your new job. Is this legal? Would this be considered a violation of your privacy by a police officer?

I'm considering buying a salvage car which already has a rebuilt title and has passed through state inspection, all that's left is to buy it. Buy I'm wondering if my insurance might go up because of it.
(by the way, all those commercials that says "get a free quote" is crap)

I absolutely love California. I am from northern Cali and I live in the LA area currently, and honestly, throught my entire life I have lived in many, many places and always come back to the beautiful state of CA. I lived in British Columbia, Canada; I lived in North Carolina and South Carolina and even lived in the Philippines. And I am happy to say that I will probably always want to live in beautiful CA. I woke up at 0515 after 4 hrs of sleep to go to work Sat and i did my time i got out at 1800 but i had to go out after work for my girls birthday so i took a shower and left its now 0700 sunday and im still up and at work again and I might still be drunk, im not sure it might be just that i want to sleep. 11 more hours and i can get my wish.. no sorry i cant, 300 is playin and i have to see it so ill be up for at least 41 hours if i push it to 53 or so i can start hallucinating im thinkin about it, ive done it before and its fun but i dont know what i want more though sleep or a waking death trance.. any help???
P.S I am still drunk
