Monkey Brains are very delicious and I can't wait until I can have some more.
Umm...not like the ones in Temple of Doom however...those were served chilled for dessert.
If you ever get to Seattle, Washington stop by the Sushi Bay sushi bar on Dexter Ave. in Queen Anne's.
Order the Monkey Brains and you will be enjoying a dish that is squishy but firm, spicy and salty, with a nice pink color...simply put a couple of scoops on your plate and enjoy.
Oh yes, one more detail....It's called Monkey Brains but it's an avocado filled with spicy tuna and deep fried in tempura....delicious.
So, don't knock it until you've tried it.
