I recently married my long-time boyfriend of many years who just came back from serving two years in Iraq. We're living together in NY renting out a decent apartment. His friend, who is a Sergeant in the Army, is moving and transfering bases to Virginia. My husband and I were there and we fell in love with the state. It's cleaner, people are nicer, expenses are cheaper, schools are better, overall it's a better place. We eventually plan on having kids and we're looking out for our kids' best interest. His friend just bought an apartment in Chester, VA. It seems like a nice place but I know there has to better places. Can anyone suggest a site where I can read more. We're looking for a city with a low crime rate, happy people, good school, and cheap livings (rent, insurance, expenses). Any suggestions or ideas??

Now there are a few shallow parallel scratches. The scratches are white... possibly from the concrete. what is the best way to get them off? I've heard brake fluid will do the trick but isnt that bad for paint?

I know, another acne question ...

But seriously, for the past couple weeks I started to feel more confident about my face unitl I took a look at some of my classmates senior photos, saw how clear and beautiful their skin was and wondered if I'll ever be able to actually feel that way. I'm 18 and I've had it since I was about 12 and I'm really fed up with it. Proactive hasn't done $hit, I haven't drank a pop in months, and I'm trying to stick to a nutritional diet since I'm nursing and all, I make it a point to wash my face at least once a day, plus I'm tanning .. Water doesn't do anything either - my sister has it worse than I do, she used to drink water like a fish and it didn't do a thing for her... Anyone else feel the pain?

Okay, first I am going to a little community college in the middle of nowhere I have gone to a BIG university so I know how papers are supposed to be written. I am a 4.0 student and I work hard. Now I am taking a simple Biology 1 class with lab and we had to write a paper on a disease. I wrote in on lyme disease. Now a teacher told we had to write about 8 certain things. I did but because I didn't want it to sound like a book report I melded them together so it SOUNDED LIKE A PAPER. I sent my rough draft in because we're supposed to and he didn't even read my paper instead he told me to put running heads at each of the 8 sections but since I didn't spilt my 8 sections up really its going to be hard! And once I did this he would read my paper more CRITICALLY! But, the paper is due Tuesday this week so he won't get to the paper till monday which leaves me no time to edit?! What should I do? I feel like I have to rewrite the whole paper!

A few months ago, NPR had a program on Sam Cooke (I believe it was American Roots, but the only website I found seems quite dated). They played a Nat King Cole song that they said was purportedly Sam Cooke's favorite. I have a brand new HP a1610n that has LightScribe. I'm trying to save pictures, audio and personal files to disc. The guy at the store said I can use DVD+R discs (with LightScribe) to back up anything (pix, personal files etc.) When I try to transfer anything to the disc, Windows says "Windows has encountered a problem when trying to copy this folder. What do you want Windows to do? " What am I doing wrong/What's the problem? HELP!
