i have pretty good abs but there is a layer of fat covering them and we go to Flordia in 4 days is there any way i can eliminate this layer of fat and tone my abs...if so, how?

There is no way to accomplish this in four days. Think in terms of crunches and road work. Perhaps you could tone those abs in about one year. Do not do crunches every day. That will make them bigger. Crunches every other day and jogging every day.

Depends how much fat, but it definitely doesn't sound like it. You can't lose much weight so quick, it's unhealthy and will probably just make you look worse. Drink lots of water, but run lots, and use a sauna, that's about all you can do.

You won't get anything close to drastic results but I would suggest drinking lots of water and running several miles everyday. Accompany this with plenty of crunches and sit ups.

Increase your protein intake and lower your carbs over the next few days. After exercise, immediately eat a high protein bar or shake. Should help a little! :)Try it and see!

that is impossible to do in only 4 days. it can take several weeks for the metabolism to shift from changes in the diet and or exercise

well if your going to a place with a beach take a long run down the beach that way you will get tan and get excercise.
