I'm 22 and I just now have dental insurance so I will be going soon. Although, I am embarassed (havent seen a dentist since I was 12) plus I have several cavities. The thing is the cavities are at the root of the teeth (the part closest to my gums).. is that worse? How are these taken care of?

hi i'm tammy and new at this my son is 17 months old and has his days and nights mixed up and i am having a really hard time getting him back on schdule any hints, if i give him limited naps he wakes up cranky. and if i put him to bed at 8 or 9 hes up by 11 n wont go back to sleep until 4 or 5 am n sleeps half the day. im tired too so sometimes i just let him sleep so i can get housework done or sleep myself any idea thank you tammy

A snail creeps 6 ft up a wall during the daytime. After all the labor it does throughout the day, it stops to rest a while... but falls asleep!! The next morning it wakes up and discovers that it has slipped down 2 ft while sleeping.

Which lane do you get in to go straight ahead when the straight ahead turn off is past "12 0'clock" I have tried both left and right lane and get beeped at and have rude gestures made to me which ever way I do it! If an accident happened who would be right and who would be wrong?

When I learnt to drive I was taught that you get in the right hand lane if the junction is past "12 o'clock" is this correct?

Hi! My friend has always been weight concious..even tho she is only size 10/12 she always says she is on a diet! she does not eat in mornings and all day and sometimes wont eat much in the evening! I spoke to her yesterday and now she is saying she is not giving her kids chocolate in lunch boxes ! she told them that if they eat chocolate and crisps everyday they will,be fat when they are older! they are 12 and 9 and tiny girls! I know too much is bad but dont you think she will give her kids a complex??she seems obsessed with fat ????

In a square grid made up of n^2 smaller squares, how many squares are there of any size? This I know:

Sigma(i=1,n) n^2

But what if we connect the opposite corners of every smallest square (so that now each smallest square is made up of 4 right-angle triangles)? Can anyone now find a common formula for total number of squares of any size? (The added diagonals create new squares that lie at 45 degrees in relation to the "obvious" squares)
