I dated a guy for a short period of time in 2005. My son was born 4/06. The guy I have been dating since I found out I was pregnant is wonderful. I gave the baby his last name. He and I are planning on getting married this fall. The bio dad has seen the baby a few times and has never taken him anywhere without me. Now he is mentioning that he wants the baby to have his last name. (we had a dna test when the baby was 4 months) In my state the name can only be changed w/o a court order up until the child is 1 year old. By fall he will have my last name due to getting married. Would you change your childs last name even though the bio dad is rarely in the picture? The only "dada" that my son knows is my fiance. I just don't know what to do.

So for the past 4 years I have lived in hell. My Dad married this trailer park trash woman. Who does nothing but sit home and watches TV all day. Recently there was a water leak in my bedroom, and everything is wet and ruined like my bed etc. So I began doing laundry trying to clean everything, and my Dad unplugged the washer saying I use it to much. Mold has began growing in my room etc so I asked him what he is going to do about it and he said When he rents a dumpster and throws away all my stuff then he'll so something. So I cant stay in my room at all because the carpet is wet and my bed is ruined. its been 3 weeks now. And last weekend my parents went out and baught my step brother a brand new bed. While mine is wet and rotting in my room. They also refuse to let me get my lisence and wont let me get a job. And refuse to buy me womens necesities. Should I report them, and get out of the house. I want to be emancipated because I'm 17. someone help.

For starters I am using my friends profile as a means to ask this question in secrecy. I am 25 years old; I have been with my husband for 7 years, been married for 6 and have a 5 year old son. He was my first EVRYTHING, first date, first kiss…etc. I have been at my current job for 6 years. I have always been very reserved, quiet and always had low self esteem. My marriage isn’t as good as I wish it was but you can’t talk to my husband. We have problems, he has anger problems and he does not communicate and I am too scared to push any issues, I am the type that does not like confrontation, I would just as soon forget it than to argue about it. So anyways, I work in a trucking industry and 2 years ago this man got hired as an over the road driver. He would always come to me with questions about work, calling me at twice a month to see how he was doing. I thought he was crazy but then he began to call me for no reason to just see what was up.

I woke up this morning to my girlfriend giving me a nice blowy. I'm thinking this is a great start to the day. My wife woke up while this was going on and got pretty mad that we didn't wake her up to join in on the fun. I thought I was being nice by letting her sleep as she has been pretty tired lately. Should I really have awakened her? I have a feeling she would have been mad either way. Ah well, I guess my problems could be worse.

I've tried to teach my son the value of manners, but what I find is how many adults don't have any. We were at the mall the other day and my son seen an older lady with a walker trying to get though the door so he ran over and opened it for her. She never said thank you. (and this has happened alot) so of coarse him being 10 yelled YOUR WELCOME. But now my son says he don't believe in manners and is refuses to use them. Has anyone had any experiences with bailiffs, good or bad. What happened was they as nasty as we hear about. I think its daylight robbery and it should be banned.Theres other ways to pay back money rather then have your stuff flogged at an auction.

I had a full head of bleached blonde highlights underneath it before i got brown tint put over it in October 2006.

If I get my hair stripped would I be able to use a home dye kit to dye my hair brown? I cant keep up with the cost of the retouches professionally.
