I have very pale skin..and don't tan very easily.
Also very naturally blonde hair..I always feel that I'd look more attractive with tanned skin.

A lot of women have problems with their pale skin because it can look unhealthy. I also have extremely fair skin, especially my face, and I choose not to go tanning because it will cause more damage than anything else. However, it sucks when you can look like a frail cancer patient in return (I've been called that because of my skin).
In the summer, I usually use sunless tanners on my body and face, and it helps so much. Neutrogena has a great sunless tanner made specifically for faces, so it won't clog your pores as much as other ones. I also use L'Oreal sunless tanner for fair or medium skin, depending on how dark I want to go. I will usually start with the one for fair skin, and build it up from there, just like a natural tan.
However, in the winter months, most people are pale again, so I wouldn't worry about it until summer.
I hope this helps. Otherwise, embrace your fair skin. If you take good care of it now, you'll thank yourself later when everyone else has wrinkles galore.

Most of us men are not that deep. We find skin attractive. I think most of us prefer our women have skin, but pale, tanned, or somewhere in between is fine. Some sunless tanning products may help you feel more self-confident (always sexy whether in men or women) and you should explore using them. I would suggest trying the product out on an inconspicuous place on your body first. Pale or tan is fine; orange may get some strange looks.

who cares what men think. I am a pakistani asian i have tanned skin .. looks good with dark brown hair but am sure pale skin looks nice with hair colours that compliment the skin tone

I personally dont find pale skin attractive, but it depends on the person carrying it. Beauty is in the eyes of teh beholder.
