I have rental property (Houses) and I purchased a truck to use 100% in the business this year.
I wanted to take the 179 deduction for part of the truck but I have a loss on my rentals
because of alot of improvements I made to them.
I also work as a nurse which generates additional income.
When I subtract the rental losses from my wages as a nurse I have taxable income.
Can I take the 179 deduction based on that or because my rental property has a loss
Im not allowed to claim a 179 decuction.
Im a little confused about this and I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Hi, I am 27 year old married women. I have got married in 2005. And after that in a few months i have suddnly gained lot of weight. After on someone advice i got thyroid blood test done. and it was positive. my TSH at first 5.87. and after medicine it was normal. But for a few days i stopped medicine. And it raised again upto 14.95

Can anybody help me in this matter. Becoz i have gain so much weight specially in tummy area and when i feel very tired, depressed and get irritated very soon. And i dont know why i cant continue my excercise on regualr basis. I just dont feel like. I have become very lazzy and I feel terrible about me and I dont have much interest in sex either.
I have consult with Dr. and i am taking medicine of Eletoxin, something like that, but i wanted to improve as soon as possible. Is there anybody who could help me.

I wanted to be myself again. Its not me.

Plz help.

Hi, I just registered now after spending most of the night searching the net for corporate gift idea. I don't know anything about the guy except that he's the Global MD of my company and my Australian GM has me spending $35k for a 48 hr visit (building repainted, new signs, company flag, limo, airfares for all staff, dinner for 25 ppl etc) so far and now I have to come up with a rotten gift! Help me with suggestions for something different but tasteful!!
I have already looked at adopting a koala and I know he's got a Steve Parish coffee table book already so I need something different this time. Any Ideas would be welcome. Thanks

I was recently flying from France to New York. I had a few drinks and went to sleep. I woke up when I felt some hot fluid dripping off my head. I looked up and saw that it was coming from the luggage bin above my head. I jumped up and the Stewardess came to me. We opened the bin and found a small french poodle had been in a lady's purse and it had gotten out and peed all over the place. The owner had smuggled the dog aboard in her purse to avoid the pet fees. The lady had a few drinks and put the dog up there while she napped. With whom do I have the claim for the dry cleaning?

I kinda crashed into something and now theres a hole the size of golf ball (ironic) with some cracking surrounding it.

I will be coming to Bonn, Germany soon, but was unable to get a space in the youth hostel in bonn, so i booked in a youth hostel in bad honnef, but now i am wondering how close it is to bonn. Is there a bus or tram from bad honnef to bonn, etc. This is my first time in Germany.
