It had a totem pole made up of an eagle a tortoise and a bear (i think). They came to life and saved stuff etc It was on late 80's early 90's i think

The Paw Paw Bears 1980s
The Paw Paw Bears were Indian bears led by Princess Paw Paw. She wore a magical moonstone which allowed her to call the totem when needed. The totem protected them in their adventures against Dark Paw. The totem was a huge wooden bear standing on a red turtle with a golden eagle resting on its head.
