gold is best, now a days lot of type jewelries in the market, cheap also, but depend on your skin, first you should check for 3 - 4 days, somebody have problem with gold also, they have etching

Anything cheap, low grade and impure. Nickel is something to avoid and any coated jewelry isn't really good either. Sterling silver is pretty poor quality jewelry too and you have to be careful when buying gold and sensitive style jewelry, its not always what you're expecting.

Right now, I try to use nothing but titanium and stainless steel (at least for piercings)

Any mixed ores should not be used in jewelry, any metals that contain lead should not be used. Stick with silver and gold, they're the best products to use and affordable.

The only really acceptable metals are high grade stainless steel and titanium. good quality gold can be used as well, but it's a very soft metal and gets damaged easiy, same with silver. Both should only be worn in well healed piercings, but I don't recomed it.

Any other metals should not be used.

possibly nickle as I cant wear any jewellery thats cheap, which is good for me cause I get nice stuff ,but bad for hubby as its not cheap
