I bought a 99 Olds Alero 3.4 2 weeks ago.1st thing I did was check the oil,was okay.A week later I noticed a ticking noise that went away after the car warmed up.Each day the ticking would last a bit longer- until today I noticed the ticking was consistantly VERY loud and when I rev the engine or accelerate the car sounded like a lawn mower.I finally wised up and cheked the oil(remember previously full) and it was barely touching the dip stick.I rushed to fill it up and the ticking finally faded away after about 20 miles.Now the ticking is gone but its running just a TAD rougher, like the timing is a little off but the car is okay.I also noticed there is gunk in the overflow, probably from dex cool.The temp gauge is elevating slightly-little less than 3/4- the fan kicks on and it cools right down.Anyway, I dont see any oil leaks and I know its time for a flush.Any ideas on whats going on? Yes...I know I should have checked the oil but the oil sensor or oil change sensor never triggered

The parents are still feeding their babies and today there are already 2 new eggs in the nesting box. What's going to happen? I don't want more babies and I think it will be too much hard work for the parents to do this again. I can't take out the box while they are feeding their babies. I can't hand feed them all either. It's too sad to throw the eggs away. The mother will just continue to lay, right? Why are they so enthusiastic to breed? I'm already hand feeding the oldest baby as the parents doesn't feed her. But she still lives with them in the same cage. I think it's wrong to take them away from the parents as they still feed the other two. What can I do? They are not ready to eat on their own yet.

With tec advances, Why do they always still blast everything with a thousand gallons of water, the military has used preasure foggers for years, Also all the money spent on robots, explosive water charges, i would think that they would be using robots with explosive (afff) foam charges by now.

I know someone in a hospice whose liver has completely failed and now has pnemonia. She can still get up and go out in a wheelchair for her cigarette. She is in alot of pain and is confused from the disease or painkillers. Would you say the end is very near?

divorced w/2 kids and would like to go out of town but earliest flight back would mean kids need to come home 2hrs later than usual...he has refused to take holidays before saying that he won't know where I've gone or who I'm with which I don't think should be much of his concern.
